These SMS Terms govern the Bayou Blanks text messaging program (the “Program”). By opting in, you agree to these terms.

Program description

Bayou Blanks sends recurring automated marketing text messages — new drops, restocks, live-sale alerts, and special offers — to phone numbers that opt in. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.

How to join

You can opt in by texting our keyword to our number, by entering your phone number in a sign-up form, or by otherwise providing express written consent. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies, but you can expect approximately 4–8 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by, and payable to, your mobile service provider. Bayou Blanks is not responsible for any carrier charges.

How to opt out

You can cancel the Program at any time by texting STOP to the number you receive messages from. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and then stop sending you marketing texts. You may receive additional messages confirming your opt-out. To rejoin, simply sign up again as you did the first time.

Help

For help, text HELP to the number you receive messages from, or contact us through our store. Carrier support is also available from your mobile service provider.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

You must be the account holder of, or have authority to consent on behalf of, the mobile number you provide, and you must be of legal age to enter this agreement. You agree to notify us if you change or deactivate your mobile number.

Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Information collected through the Program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
